Remote Zoom
Remote zoom allows user to adjust the camera’s FOV (field of view) remotely thru the PC software or NVR. It eliminate the physical adjust the lens on the front camera.
1.Login in the operation software.
2.Press Zoom + or Zoom – to change the FOV. Wait for 2-3 seconds, the camera will try to get the best focus.
3. If it is not the best focus, Press Focus + or Focus – to move the lens a little bit. Then Press Zoom + or Zoom - again, the camera will try to get the best focus again.
4.Enter Device Config, “Setting -> System -> PTZ config”, Select Protocol = None. The lens position will be fixed.
